COMPENSATION MODEL IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY ERA TO BUSINESS LITERACY FOR SOCIETY
This study aims to determine the role of compensation model in the digital economy era to business literacy for online motorcycle taxi business partners. This is the grounded research because digital business model is very different than the previous business model. The research data was collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussion (FGD), and surveys. This research provides evidence that they are still work professionally in very flexible work time. The compensation model can motivate them to work professionally and encourages their solidarity among partners.
