PENGARUH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional staf pemasaran bank-bank BUMN di Purwokerto, (2) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional staf pemasaran bank-bank BUMN di Purwokerto; (3) employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention staff marketing bank-bank BUMN di Purwokerto, (4) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention staf pemasaran bank-bank BUMN di Purwokerto, (5) pengaruh perilaku organizational citizenship terhadap turnover niat staf pemasaran bank-bank milik negara di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel 80 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate accidental sampling. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) employee engagement memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku organizational citizenship karyawan, (2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku organizational citizenship karyawan, (3) Employee Engagement memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap intensi turnover karyawan, (2). 4) Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention pada staf pemasaran bank-bank milik negara di Purwokerto, dan (5) Perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasional memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention.Downloads
