PENERAPAN AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA DAN SISTEM PENGENDALIAN INTERN PEMERINTAH (SPIP) DI KECAMATAN KEDUNGWUNI KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan akuntabilitas dan sistem pengendalian intern pemerintah (SPIP) terhadap pengelolaan dana desa. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah tim pengelola dana desa yang berjumlah 80 responden di Kecamatan Kedungwuni Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan latar belakang pendidikan dan pekerjaan yang berbeda-beda. Desa yang menjadi lokasi penelitian berjumlah 16 Desa. Data diolah dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan, pelaporan dan sitem pengendalian intern pemerintah (SPIP) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan dana desasedangkan pelaksanaan dan pertanggungjawaban berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan dana desa. Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pelaporan, pertanggung-jawaban, dan sistem pengendalian intern pemerintah (SPIP) berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan dana desa.
