Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Attitude, Subjective norms dan Perceived Behavioral Control terhadap Behavioral Intention (Niat berperilaku aparat untuk mengembangkan Purbalingga  kota  kreatif dan untuk mengetahui potensi pengembangan Purbalingga sebagai kota kreatif berdasarkan persepsi stakeholder terhadap upaya pembentukan kota kreatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif sekaligus kualitatif. Hasil penelitian Attitude, Subjective norms dan Perceived Behavioral Control secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap Behavioral Intention (Niat berperilaku aparat untuk mengembangkan  Purbalingga  kota  kreatif. Namun secara parsial, variabel Attitude merupakan satu-satunya variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Behavioral Intention, sedangkan variabel Subjective norms dan Perceived Behavioral Control tidak berpengaruh signifikan.
