PENGARUH KEPERIBADIAN KETERBUKAAN TERHADAP PENGALAMAN, PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF, DENGAN PERAN MODERASI ETIKA KERJA ISLAMI

Abstract


Fokus penelitian ini adalah peran moderasi Etika Kerja Islami (Islamic Work Ethic) yang memoderasi pengaruh keterbukaan terhadap pengalaman terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif (Innovation Work Behavior) di antara karyawan supervisor dan dosen di Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Purwokerto. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dari 41 karyawan dan supervisor yang bekerja di institut pendidikan agama yang berbasis Islam di Purwokerto, responden terdiri dari laki-laki dan perempuan dari tiga fakultas, yaitu, Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan (FTIK), Fakultas Syari’ah, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam (FEBI) dengan mengisi kuesioner yang disebarkan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Etika Kerja Islami tidak signifikan terhadap penganruh Keterbukaan Terhadap Pengalaman terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif.
