NIAT BERKUNJUNG KEMBALI DAN KESEDIAAN GETOK TULAR WISATAWAN PADA WISATAWAN PANTAI JETIS KABUPATEN CILACAP

Abstract


Pemerintah Kabupaten Cilacap telah berupaya untuk melakukan pengembangan wisata bahari dalam rangka mencapai pembangunan ekonomi daerah, namun hingga saat ini belum optimal hasil pengembangannya, terutama untuk wisata bahari di objek wisata Pantai Jetis dan diketahui belum banyak masyarakat yang tertarik untuk mengunjungi objek wisata Pantai Jetis jika dibandingkan dengan destinasi yang berdekatan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di objek wisata Pantai Jetis Kabupaten Cilacap dengan sampel penelitian 160 wisatawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian uji pengaruh antar variabel melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) diketahui kesediaan wisatawan untuk menyebarkan informasi positif ke wisatawan lain dan kesediaan wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali ke objek wisata Pantai Jetis dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan wisatawan. Sedangkan kepuasan wisatawan dipengaruhi oleh persepsi nilai wisatawan, dan persepsi nilai wisatawan itu sendiri dipengaruhi oleh persepsi keunikan, persepsi aksesibilitas, dan persepsi atraksi dari destinasi tersebut.
