PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN GANDA TERHADAP KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DAN KINERJA YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH KEPUASAN KELUARGA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA DI PT.DEPO PELITA SOKARAJA

Abstract


Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei pada karyawan perempuan di PT. Depo Pelita Sokaraja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari dua konstruk konflik peran ganda terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan keluarga dan kepuasan kerja, dan pengaruh langsung dari dua konstruk konflik peran ganda terhadap kinerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan perempuan yang bekerja di PT. Depo Pelita Sokaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling Nonprobability sampling yaitu Purposive sampling. Penentuan ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan rumus slovin, ukuran sample pada penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konflik pekerjaan ke keluarga berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan keluarga, (2) Kepuasan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja, (3) Konflik keluarga ke pekerjaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja, (5) Kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, (6) Konflik pekerjaan ke keluarga dan konflik keluarga ke pekerjaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, (7) Konflik pekerjaan ke keluarga dan konflik keluarga ke pekerjaan tidak mempengaruhi kualitas kehidupan kerja, (8) Kepuasan keluarga memediasi pengaruh konflik pekerjaan ke keluarga terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja, (9) Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh konflik keluarga ke pekerjaan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja.
