PENGARUH HEALTH BELIEF MODEL TERHADAP KEPATUHAN KONTROL PENGOBATAN DENGAN CORONAPHOBIA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif pada penderita Dabetes Melitus Tipe 2 yang menjalani pengobatan rawat jalan di RS Tk III Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh health belief model terhadap kepatuhan kontrol pengobatan dengan coronaphobia sebagai variabel moderasi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumah 80 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenient sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung. Sedangkan alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjkkan bahwa: (1) perceived susceptibility berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan kontrol pengobatan. (2) perceived severity berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan kontrol pengobatan. (3) perceived benefit berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan kontrol pengobatan. (4) perceived barrier tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan kontrol pengobatan. (5) coronaphobia tidak memiliki pengaruh moderasi terhadap hubungan antara seluruh variabel HBM dengan kepatuhan kontrol pengobatan.
