PERSEPSI KEPUASAN DAN MINAT PENGGUNAAN SISTEM INFORMASI APLIKASI PENCATATAN INFORMASI KEUANGAN (SIAPIK)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan penggunaan Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Pencatatan Informasi Keuangan (SIAPIK) melalui metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang terdiri dari perceived of usefulness (persepsi kemanfaatan), perceived ease of use (persepsi kemudahan penggunaan), user satisfaction (kepuasan pengguna) dan interest (minat), serta menambahkan variabel lain yaitu perceived of trust (persepi kepercayaan), dan perceived of security (persepsi keamanan). Pengujian data dilakukan dengan metode analisis Structured Equation Modeling (SEM)-Partial Least Square (PLS). Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pengguna aplikasi SIAPIK. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen pendamping kewirausahaan yang telah tersertifikasi oleh Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) dan telah mendapatkan pelatihan aplikasi/web SIAPIK di Kota Tasikmalaya. Data penelitian berupa data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh sebanyak 53 responden dosen pendamping kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceived of usefulness, perceived of trust dan perceived of security memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap user satisfaction, sedangkan perceived of ease to use tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan. Selanjutnya, user satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap interest.
