Pengaruh Past Experience dan Participant Satisfaction Terhadap Revisit Intention pada Kegiatan Banyumas Up Hill

Abstract


Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan kesempatan munculnya aspek pariwisata dari sisi yang lain. Sport tourism menjadi salah satu perwujudan nyata pariwisata yang tumbuh di tengah Pandemi Covid-19. Banyumas Up Hill menjadi salah satu kegiatan yang dapat terlaksana dalam sport tourism di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memfokuskan pada pengaruh variabel participant satisfaction dalam hubungan variabel past experience terhadap revisit intention pada kegiatan Banyumas Up Hill. Model penelitian ini didasarkan pada Theory of Trying. Penelitian ini melibatkan kegiatan Banyumas Up Hill untuk memverifikasikan hubungan dalam model yang diusulkan. Data terkumpul melalui survei online yang dilakukan kepada 100 partisipan aktif kegiatan Banyumas Up Hill dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketemuman variabel Past Experience berpeng positif terhadap Revisit Inention. Variabe Participation Satisfaction memediasi hubungan Past Experience terhadap Revisit Intention.
