Abstract


Kontrak psikologis bersifat dinamis dan terwujud dalam bentuk employer branding sebagai pemahaman atas orientasi kerja generasi Z di era digital. Telaah ini berkontribusi dalam menjelaskan mekanisme pengelolaan ekspektasi generasi Z melalui wellbeing baik aspek intrapersonal maupun interpersonal. Perspektif eudaimonic menjadi relevan untuk mencapai keselarasan orientasi kerja generasi Z dan karakteristik pekerjaan di era digital.
