UPAYA PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT DESA PIASA KULON MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN UMKM JENANG SINGKONG “NJLEGABID”

Abstract

Efforts to increase the income of villagers Piasa Kulon conducted through science and technology for Society (IbM). This IbM activity was carried out on Jenang Cassava Group "NJLEGABID" Desa Piasa Kulon Kec.Somagede Kab.Banyumas. The group stands on December 30, 2012 with a membership of14 people. Currently the group produces only one taste and wants to produce different flavors. The objectives of this activity are to increase production equipment, improve product quality, improve business management and management and group administration, can produce other flavor variants, attractive packaging, labels, increased marketing activities, good quality control, improved sanitation knowledge, Increased knowledge of waste handling, can do well. The methods used are counseling, practice and coaching. The outcomes ofthis activity are scientific publication in journal / Proceeding and cassava jenang products.
