MANAJEMEN PERBANKAN DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA SUB SEKTOR BANK DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

Banking has an important role in economy of the country. One of the roles is shown in its presence in the capital market. In very fast and responsive information today, banks have a performance that is expected to be more powerful in its capacity as one of the economic elements. Thus, research is conducted to know management in banking and financial perfromance. The study was conducted on twnty banks in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2011-2016. The study used panel data regression with firm characteristic variable as independent variable and banking management and financial performance as dependent variable. The result shows how management performed by banking and financial performance is influenced by characteristic banking variables.
