ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA TEH MAWAR PADA UKM DI DESA CLUTANG - BOYOLALI

Abstract


Putri Mawar group is one of the UKM that has produced rose tea in Clutang-Boyolali. The group has succeeded in optimizing the yard by planting roses and being able to innovate making rose tea. However, in business activities there are still problems in governance and financial management, because these businesses are managed in a family manner starting from the production process, governance and marketing are done traditionally. Therefore, a business feasibility analysis is needed to identify the feasibility of rose tea production business activities and analyze the level of profit based on Return on Investment. Based on the results of the business feasibility analysis, it is known that the R/C ratio is 1.735 and B/C ratio is 0.7353. This shows that the rose tea production business is feasible because there are benefits, so to increase profits it is necessary to improve the production and management processes in entrepreneurship.
