Abstract


This research is a case study of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. This study took the title: "The Effect of Profitability, Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responsibility on Firm Value with Firm Size and Firm Age as control variables (Study of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017)". The purpose of this study was to find out and find empirical evidence of the effect profitability, corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility on firm value with firm size and firm age as control variables. The population in this study were consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The sample in this study were 10 companies. Determination of samples using purposive sampling method. Based on the results of research and data analysis using multiple regression analysis shows that: (1) Profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value. (2) Corporate Governance (MGROWN) has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value. (3) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive and not significant effect on Firm Value.
