PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN SERTA PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Studi pada Guru SMA IT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Purwokerto Tahun 2018)

Abstract


This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and training development of human resources and also motivation as mediation variable toward performance. There were 42 respondents selected as the sample of this study. Based on the results of research data and data analysis by Partial Least Square (PLS), it can be conclude: 1) leadership has positive affect to performance, 2) training and development has positive affect to performance, 3) leadership has positive affect to motivation, 4) training and development has positive affect to motivation, 5) motivation has positive affect to performance, 6) motivation mediates the relationship between leadership toward performance, 7) motivation mediates the relationship between training and motivation toward performance. The implications of the above conclusions are to improve the communication and human relations skill of head master so it will greatly affect teacher’s motivation and performance. The traning and development program which gives positive response and increase the knowledge during and after it, also will greatly affect teacher’s motivation and performance.
