ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING BASED ON INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AS THE SRATEGICS ROLE TO ACHIEVE SUSTAINABLE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES

Abstract


Organizations are required to be competitive and responsive to the ever-changing
global competition every time. To win the competition, organizations must have a
competitive advantage and certain organizations seek to achieve a variety of ways
or strategies. Organizational learning are increasingly widely regarded as one of
the basic sources of sustainable competitive advantage. Intellectual capital is a
part of investment obtained through a process of organizational learning and is
essential to maintaining a competitive advantage in the current competitive
environment. However, many are not clearly linked to organizational learning
sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, this paper aims to explore and
discuss the role of intellectual capital through the process of organizational
learning in developing knowledge resources and capabilities towards achieving
sustainable competitive advantage. The method used is the integration of theories.
This paper proposes that the intellectual capital through organizational learning
process capable of renewing organizational knowledge, intellectual ability needed
to create value and compete, which in turn delivers superior performance, have a
sustainable competitive power and hard to imitate by other organizations.
