Abstract


The purpose of this study is to describe the optimization of Cirebon batik exports, after the implementation of the AEC in 2015. The method used is qualitative research methods. The location of research carried out in the district of Cirebon. Data was collected using interviews and documents. Activity data analysis in this research is conducted through a phase of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusions. To optimize export batik Cirebon to ASEAN countries after the implementation of the AEC in 2015, can be implemented through 1) the development of market access that is by involving the SME Batik Cirebon in exhibitions, trade cooperation and facilitate export regulations, 2) improving the quality and quantity of the product to deliver production of technical guidance, provision of means of production, and ensuring the availability of raw materials, 3) the development of human resources batik SMEs through the provision of training in production techniques as well as export marketing batik, 4) improving access to capital through cooperation with financial institutions
