The biggest challenge for SMEs in the face of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is how to be able to determine the right strategy in order to win the competition. Small industry of Garment must innovate in order to compete with other countries. This study aims to

investigate the effect of dimensions of innovation (product; process; marketing and organization) on business performance in garment small industry in Bandung City. The number of samples are ninety small industry and survey method is used to analyze the collected data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Multiple regression analysis indicate that product; process; marketing and organization dimensions of innoatin has significant and positive effects on business performance.
