AUDIT TERHADAP SISTEM MANAJEMEN K3 BERBASIS OHSAS 18001 PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KAYUAGUNG

Abstract

Kayuagung general hospital is a government-owned pain trying to develop management system of Occupational Health and Safety. The efforts of the hospital has received the ISO 18001certificate from a certification body. Therefore it must be carried out audits of the management system of Occupational Health and Safety that have been applied.
The method of analysis in this study is a qualitative analysis. The analytical tool used is the assessment rubric. The method of data collection is by observation and interview. Where in the audit aspects include 1). Policy, planning, structure and responsibility, checking, management reviews.
From these results indicate that the implementation of safety management systems and occupational health has not been run in accordance with ISO 18001. The implementation of the management system is still limited to the development of written procedures have yet to be translated into actions set forth in these procedures.
