Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Whether or not a significant influence on the provision of reinforcement to learning achievement of create documents subjects a class XI student Office Administration program expertise SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta in Academic Year 2009/2010. (2) Whether or not a significant influence learning facilities in schools to learning achievement (3) Whether or not a significant influence and strengthening the provision of school facilities on learning achievement. This study uses a descriptive research design statistical analysis. The population is all students of class XI Expertise Administration office which consists of two classes. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling. While the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Analysis using the technique of correlation analysis and multiple regression. The conclusion of the study (1) there is a significant effect on the provision of reinforcement learning achievement by 0475> 0316 at the significance level of 5%. (2) There was a significant effect of school facilities on the learning achievement with 0:46> 0316 at the significance level of 5%. (3) There was a significant effect of strengthening the administration and school facilities to the learning achievement with 9:31> 3:26.
