TELAH FINANCIAL LITERASI MAHASISWA FEB UNIVERSITAS JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN: SUATU IMPLIKASI PEMBELAJARAN DI PERGURUAN TINGGI

Abstract

Considering the urgency of financial literacy program by Indonesian Government, Faculty of Economics and Business in Universitas Jenderal Soedirman has a great potential role in helping the program succeed, particularly by empowering the students of the faculty to spread their financial knowledge over the society. That is why more researches about students’ financial literacy are still demanded to better understand the effects of financial education not only on students’ financial literacy, but also their financial behavior as well. In reference to the complex previous research results, this paper proposing a research model of the effect of financial literacy education on university students. Some recommendations for future researches are included at the end of this paper.
