Abstract

The purpose of this research are to obtain information about the charactheristic and analyse the factors of constraints and support faced by Small and Medium Enterprises of Cultivation Duck in Tegal. Analysis techniques used in this study are SWOT analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of this research are : there are some things supportless of SMEs duck cultivation including socio cultural, economic, human resource, technology and only the government policies that support the development of SMEs duck cultivation in Tegal.
