FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aims to the effect of Profitability Of Capital Structure and Dividend Decision On Manufacturing Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012- 2014. The population in this study is the entire Manufacturing Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2014 which consists of 142 companies, the number of samples obtained as many as 23 companies in accordance with established criteria. These results indicate that the dependent variable explained by the independent variable of 90%, in parcial that the Profitability having significant influence to Capital Structure, but Dividend Decision not influence to Capital Structure.
