Abstract

Indonesia is a large country that have significant opportunities to growth as one of powerful economic country in the world. One sector that support Indonesian economic growth is the existence of SMEs. Sucessfull SMEs derived from a good strategies that support by a good execution in field of human resources, marketing,operational,finance and technology. This research has analysed the effect of entreprenurial values on SMEs strategies by also considering gender as moderator variable that can affect the effect between those two variables. The research results has show that entrepreunial values has positive effect on SMEs strategy on Banyumas residence. Gender also has not proven become moderating variable that can strengthen the effect between entreprenurial values on SMEs strategy.
