Its significance reverberates in its pivotal role in fostering job opportunities, generating revenue, mitigating poverty, and engendering wealth accumulation. In light of this, it has gained prominent recognition as a central tenet within economic development theories, constituting the most expansive business sector within economies. This phenomenon magnetizes individuals, encompassing both men and women, drawn by the allure of mutually beneficial cross-industry collaborations. Women's representation is notably pronounced among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) operators. Women entrepreneurs emerge as noteworthy contributors within this landscape, wielding considerable influence over national economies via their involvement in venture initiation and nurturing modest and moderate-scale enterprises. Nonetheless, women entrepreneurs encounter diverse obstacles, spanning their business's inception and progression phases. This study aims to scrutinize the impediments women entrepreneurs face in Yemen, encompassing challenges stemming from deficient educational and training opportunities, limited financial access, gender-based bias, unfavorable perceptions, and insufficient resources. Notably, this assertion holds particular weight when applied to women. Although specific gender disparities have shown signs of narrowing recently, substantial hurdles persist. Moreover, it is plausible that the crises confronted by Yemen in recent years have eroded some of the hard-won advancements in this domain. As Yemen charts its course forward, the nation must emphasize achieving gender parity as an intrinsic objective due to its pivotal role in establishing the bedrock of a more comprehensive and equitable society.

Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Woman entrepreneur, Women Entrepreneurship; Obstacles, Yemen
2023-11-04T16:07:38+07:00Copyright (c) 2023 Proceeding of International Conference Sustainable Competitive Advantagehttp://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/3807Sustainable Livelihood for Tourism: Moderating Role of Institutional Arrangements2023-11-13T12:50:06+07:00Prihartini Budi Astutiprihartini1977@gmail.comSuliyanto Suliyantosuli_yanto@yahoo.comAbdul Aziz Ahmadabdul.ahmad@unsoed.ac.id
The contribution of the tourism sector which can increase people's income, business opportunities, employment opportunities and reduce poverty has led to the emergence of a new approach to poverty reduction, namely sustainable livelihood for tourism (SLFT). The key players in the tourism sector are businessmen, society/community, government, media, and academia. The Ministry of Tourism usually refers to these key players as the penta-helix because they need each other and must collaborate and work together in supporting tourism development in destinations. Applying the sustainable livelihood framework for tourism, this study aims to analyze the effect of livelihood assets on livelihood outcomes moderated by institutional arrangements at the Pantai Menganti tourist destination using the Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square analysis method. The results of the analysis show that human capital, economic capital, and institutional capital have a positive effect on livelihood outcomes, while institutional arrangements moderate the effect of economic capital on livelihood outcomes. Location is also considered the most important factor that consumers consider when buying a residential home. This research aims to identify the influence of lifestyle, location, and service quality on purchasing decisions. Service quality is then used as an intervening variable between the relationship between lifestyle and location on purchasing decisions. The findings show that lifestyle and location partially do not influence purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Services quality provides full mediation for the relationship between lifestyle and purchasing decisions. However, service quality fails to mediate the relationship between location and purchasing decisions. This research is aimed at assessing the potential for developing paragliding activities that have been running incidentally to be developed into a sport tourism destination that can encourage tourism growth in the northern and western parts of Banyumas Regency. A qualitative approach was chosen because this study is exploratory in nature with data collection using unstructured in-depth interviews, observation, and secondary data. The study results show that this potential is worth developing considering the very limited number of sport tourism destinations in the Banyumas area and its surroundings, while there are quite a lot of sport tourism enthusiasts both as active and passive actors. Investment to improve infrastructure at destination spots and access is an aspect that must be prioritized. Paragliding sport tourism involves two villages, so it is necessary to build understanding and agreement to collaborate between stakeholders so that if the destination is developed, no party will feel disadvantaged. Conclusions and suggestions are explained in more depth at the end of this paper.2023-10-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2023 Proceeding of International Conference Sustainable Competitive Advantagehttp://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/3856The Mediating Role Of Self Branding Connections On The Influence Of Consumer Brand Engangement On Customer Decision To Donate On Kitabisa.Com2023-11-13T12:50:09+07:00Alisa Tri Nawarinialisa.nawarini@unsoed.ac.idDinda Fatmawatidinda.fatmawati@mhs.unsoed.ac.idThis study takes the title "The Mediating Role Of Self Branding Connections On The Influence Of Consumer Brand Engangement On Customer Decision To Donate On Kitabisa.Com". The development of information technology in the field of health services is no exception, including the development of the Electronic Medical Record (RME) system, namely computer-based medical records. Electronic medical records as a manifestation of the transformation of the national health system in the field of technology are still considered a challenge. Based on Minister of Health Regulation no. 24 of 2022, it is stated that every health service facility in Indonesia is required to maintain electronic medical records. Many hospitals have started to build and implement it, but until now there are still many obstacles in implementation. This study aims to evaluate user acceptance of the implementation of electronic medical records using the TAM approach in hospitals. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques from the results of questionnaires and FGD (discussion group forums). Questionnaires are taken from the population of RME users related to services in hospitals, namely registration officers, medical records officers, general practitioners, specialist doctors, radiology officers, Laboratory and nurses. The questionnaires distributed were based on the TAM method approach, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, interest of actors and actual use. Meanwhile, the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) obtained results from evaluations of meeting results conducted by the DTO of each service unit that had direct access to RME. hospital. Integrating GSCM practices empowers organizations to achieve a harmonious balance between economic success, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility, thereby securing a more resilient and prosperous future. Hence, this article delves into adopting Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices to enhance sustainable performance. Through a systematic literature review, this study examines the interplay between the adoption of environmentally conscious practices within supply chains and their subsequent impact on overall long-term performance. This review article involves research articles published from 2006 to 2023. Initially, 63 research articles were included using the search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword typing process. However, after a careful assessment of each record based on the objectivity and scope of the study, 52 articles were selected for this review by following the (PRISMA 2020) statement. Results, from the findings of empirical research conducted by enormous authors, show that adopting GSCM practices in organizations leads to sustainable performance (Economic, Social, and Environmental) despite having some difficulties and challenges in implementation. This research aspires to provide researchers, practitioners, and policymakers with valuable insights that can inform their decisions and actions in fostering sustainability within supply chain operations.2023-10-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2023 Proceeding of International Conference Sustainable Competitive Advantagehttp://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/3890Analysis of Rate Differences between Hospital Real Costs and INACBG's Rates for Caesarean Section and Tonsillectom2023-11-13T12:50:09+07:00Heri Santosakarenina.santoso166@gmail.comSuliyanto Suliyantosuli_yanto@yahoo.comLantip Rujitorujitoku@yahoo.comHospital tariff is the compensation received by the hospital for services from service and nonservice activities provided to service users.
