Employing a quantitative approach, this research examines the impact of hedonic shopping motivation, driven by emotional gratification and pleasure, and the credibility of beauty influencers on impulsive purchase decisions. The findings, based on a survey of 149 Indonesian Generation Z TikTok users, reveal that both hedonic shopping motivation and beauty influencer endorsement are positively correlated with impulsive buying behavior, regardless of gender. Hedonic shopping motivation emerged as a significant predictor of impulsive purchases, while the influence of beauty influencer endorsement, although significant, exhibited a more rational rather than impulsive pattern. These results highlight the significant role of social media, particularly TikTok, in shaping the consumer behavior of younger generations, regardless of gender. The study's implications suggest that marketers should emphasize emotional benefits in their campaigns and collaborate with beauty influencers to promote more thoughtful purchasing decisions for both male and female consumers. However, the cross-sectional design of this study limits causal inferences, and the focus on a specific population may restrict the generalizability of the findings.

Keywords: Hedonic Shopping;Beauty Influencer; Impulse Buying; Generation Z;Tiktok
Firda Amalia Widyaningrum , Lusi Suwandari Copyright (c) 2025 Proceeding of International Conference Sustainable Competitive Advantage http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4751 Sun, 16 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Analysis of The Influence of The 5c Principle on The Decision And Effectiveness of People’s Business Credit (KUR) for The Agribusiness Sector at BRI Kc Purwokerto http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4752
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the 5C principle on the decision and effectiveness of the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) for the agribusiness sector at BRI KC Purwokerto. The trend of thrifting, or purchasing second-hand clothing, has gained popularity, especially among younger generations, due to economic reasons and heightened awareness of the environmental impact caused by fast fashion. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey of 140 respondents who have either purchased or shown interest in buying thrift clothing. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the relationship between perceptions of product quality, price, environmental awareness, and purchase intentions. The findings reveal that all three variables—product quality, price, and environmental consciousness—significantly impact consumers' purchase intentions for thrift clothing. Positive views of product quality and lower prices boost purchase intentions, while environmental consciousness enhances consumer preference for second-hand clothing as a sustainable choice. This study enhances understanding of consumer behavior towards thrift products and offers insights for industry players to create more effective, eco-friendly marketing strategies.

Keywords: Consumer Perception, Thrift Clothing, Purchase Intention, Product Quality, Price, Environmental Consciousness.
Virdies Nur Cahya, Sri Murni Setyawati Copyright (c) 2025 Proceeding of International Conference Sustainable Competitive Advantage http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4758 Sun, 16 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Analysis of The Influence of The 5c Principle on The Decision And Effectiveness of People’s Business Credit (KUR) for The Agribusiness Sector at BRI KC Purwokerto http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4759
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the 5C principle on the decision and effectiveness of the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) for the agribusiness sector at BRI KC Purwokerto. This high number of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) reflects the great interest of the community to organize, supported by the large number of volunteers involved. However, along with the challenges faced by NGOs, questions arise regarding the factors that influence volunteers' commitment to their organizations. This phenomenon becomes especially interesting in the context of General Elections (PEMILU) and Regional Head Elections (PILKADA) held every five years, where many volunteer organizations and political parties are involved. One of the under bow organization of political party that plays an active role is Komunitas Juang, which is affiliated with PDI-P and was established in 2014. MSMEs play a critical role in the region's economy, yet many struggle to compete globally due to limited knowledge of export procedures, regulatory requirements, and market entry strategies. Japan, with its high demand for quality products, presents significant opportunities, but also challenges due to strict regulations and cultural nuances. The research employs an exploratory approach, gathering qualitative data through semi-structured interviews and quantitative data via pre- and post-test assessments. The coaching clinic program included two interactive workshops led by experts, focusing on export documentation, Free Trade Agreement (FTA) policies, customs duty determination, product quality management, and Japanese market specifics. Additionally, one-on-one consultations provided tailored advice to the participating entrepreneurs. The results reveal substantial improvements in participants' knowledge. Moreover, the participants demonstrated a stronger grasp of export procedures, product quality standards, and compliance with Japanese regulations. One form of this responsibility must be reported in the form of a sustainability report. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the disclosure of economic performance, environmental performance, and social performance in sustainability reports on company performance (ROA), and on company value (PBV) in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data from secondary sources. The data analysis methods used were descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression analysis. This research shows that the disclosure of the sustainability report, both partially and simultaneously, does not affect the company's performance. Meanwhile, in terms of firm value, the partial disclosure of the sustainability report has no effect, but the simultaneous disclosure has an effect. Manufacturing companies can continuously improve their sustainability report disclosures to gain higher positive response and appreciation from stakeholders.

Keywords: Company performance, company value, sustainability report disclosure, manufacturing companies, SDGs
Vivi Laelatuz Zahro, Farida Ratna Dewi Copyright (c) 2025 Proceeding of International Conference Sustainable Competitive Advantage http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4768 Sun, 16 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 A Meta-Analysis Of Research On Intention To Use Information Technology (SIMRS) In Hospitals http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4769
This study aims to explore the intention to use Information Technology (SIMRS) in the Hospital, using the Systematic Literature Review method. Through an analysis of ten relevant journals, several important findings were found related to technology acceptance among nurses and hospital staff. First, the level of acceptance of information systems such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and SIMRS is influenced by the factors of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, which is in line with the TAM model. Second, user behavior is influenced by ease of access, availability of services, and positive attitudes towards technology. In addition, social aspects, such as trust and privacy issues, also influence eHealth acceptance. Third, the implementation of new technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and big data improves the quality of health services, while national cultural values such as masculinity and uncertainty play an important role in the adoption process. These findings demonstrate the importance of contextual understanding in the implementation of health technology to maximize its acceptance and effectiveness in the hospital environment.

Keyword : Intention To Use, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), SIMRS, Implementation
Devia Shinta Mulia Asih, Siti Zulaikha Wulandari, Eman Sutrisna Copyright (c) 2025 Proceeding of International Conference Sustainable Competitive Advantage http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4769 Sun, 16 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Impact of Information Quality and Brand Trust on User Satisfaction with the Mamikos Application in Purwokerto http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4770
The research explores the impact of information quality and brand trust on user satisfaction with the Mamikos application in Purwokerto. However, studies show that the practice of Excessive Packaging Product (EPP), Greenwashing and Green Skepticism (GS) can reduce the value of a company's green brand. This has a negative impact on consumer purchase interest in these green products. This study examines the effect of EPP, Greenwashing, on GBE and GPB consumers on Avoskin products in Indonesia. The theory used is Social Congnitive Theory (SCT) which focuses on the interaction between congnitive, behavioral and social environments holistically which influence each other. This research design is quantitative with associative research methods using cross sectional, by distributing a sample of 122 respondents and measured using a 5-point Likerts scale. The results of this study are expected that EPP has a positive effect on GBE, Greenwashing and GS act as mediating variables that weaken the effect of EPP on GBE. Switching behavior occurs when customers choose to leave their current service and move to another, even though they are satisfied with the services they previously received. This phenomenon raises important questions about the factors influencing customers' decisions to switch, particularly the role of customer satisfaction and the attraction of other alternatives. This study employs a quantitative research design. The population in this study consists of users of online transportation services in Purwokerto. To ensure representativeness, the sample was selected using non-probability sampling methods, specifically purposive sampling. The primary data for this research was collected through questionnaires distributed. Data collected from the survey was analyzed using the following techniques are descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, multiple linier regression analysis and moderated regression analysis to examine moderating effect. Through this study, it is hoped that online transportation service providers can gain insights into formulating more effective strategies to retain customers by understanding the dual influence of customer satisfaction and alternative attractions on switching behavior. The results concluded that customer satisfaction have a negative relationship between switching behavior, and attraction of alternatives can moderate the relationship between customer satisfaction with switching behavior such that higher attraction weakens the negative effect of satisfaction on switching behavior among online transportation in Purwokerto.

Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Switching Behavior, Attraction of Alternatives, Transportation.
Anang Yanuar Ramadhan, Weni Novandari, Lusi Suwandari Copyright (c) 2025 Proceeding of International Conference Sustainable Competitive Advantage http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4790 Sun, 16 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Influence of the Leadership of the Village Head and the Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Officials (Case Study on Village Officials in Sirampog Sub-district) http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4791
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation of village heads on the performance of village officials in Sirampog Subdistrict. The factors studied include Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of BPRS published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The population in this study was BPRS throughout Central Java, totaling 27 BPRS. However, there were 4 BPRS whose financial reports were incomplete, so the final sample in this study was 23 BPRS with a period of 5 years. Thus, the number of observations in this study was 115 observations. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression for hypothesis testing, and a classical assumption test was carried out to ensure that the model formed was not biased. The results of the study indicate that CAR and FDR do not have a significant effect on the profitability of BPRS in Central Java, while NPF and BOPO are proven to have a negative effect on the profitability of BPRS in Central Java. This means that carrying out cost efficiency and carrying out strict control over the level of bad debts is very important for BPRS management in order to record a profit. The research uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method as an analysis tool. Data was collected from 60 respondents who were consumers of Aqua brand bottled drinking water products through the distribution of questionnaires. This study examines the influence of CSR on purchasing decisions and brand awareness separately. Researchers used a sample of companies with several criteria, including companies that publish complete financial reports, include the allocation of research and development activity costs during 2018-2022. Researchers used several methods in this study. First, multiple regression to see the effect of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. Second, using the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method to test the moderation variable. The results of research and data analysis show: 1) Profitability has no effect on Stock Price, 2) Liquidity has a negative effect on Stock Price, 3) Research and Development Intensity does not moderate the effect of Profitability on Stock Price, and 4) Research and Development Intensity moderates the effect of Liquidity on Stock Price. The limitations of this study include: First, this research cannot be assessed for all aspects of business in companies on the IDX, especially the food and beverage industry manufacturing sector. This is because this research is limited by several things, the first is that when the research was conducted, there was an extreme change in conditions in 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic was sweeping the world, especially Indonesia. However, despite its significant growth, there is still a lack of literature on purchase hesitation in this context. Previous studies have focused on consumers' purchase intentions, while purchase hesitation, which is also a crucial part of the decision-making process, remains underexplored. Using the SOR (Stimulus-Organism-Response) theory, this study aims to analyze how live streaming commerce characteristics can build trust—trust in
products and trust in streamers—which in turn influences purchase hesitation. The results of this conceptual paper suggest that the characteristics of live streaming commerce (interactivity, visibility, and personalization) positively influence the building of consumer trust in streamers and products, thereby reducing perceived purchase hesitation. Future research is needed through statistical testing using SEM-PLS by collecting data via surveys. Online promotion involves the use of social media and marketplaces, while offline promotion includes banners, pamphlets, banners, brochures, and more. However, the design must still be good, unique, and memorable so that people are motivated to follow the message conveyed. So the introduction of promotional media and training was carried out to community service partners in Culinary MSMEs, in the midst of a crisis. Culinary MSMEs still dominate the Indonesian market and are an idol, because eating is a basic human need. That is why food and beverage traders are always in demand. There is no need to be afraid of competition in this culinary business, because people have different tastes. MSME business people can ensure the superiority of their products, so that they have a certain market. There are several types of culinary businesses carried out by MSME entrepreneurs, ranging from light snacks, drinks, to daily staples. Although the products are the same, sometimes what distinguishes them is the taste, production method, and packaging system that attracts consumers. To attract consumers, MSMEs need promotions with unique and attractive designs and for this they often use external design services for the promotion of their programmes, although there is often more than one activity running simultaneously. This causes The expenditure of funds for design is large, with an estimated total of Rp.2,040,000 - 2,500,000 per year according to the programme organised. So finally it was agreed to provide training to the community on how to create promotional media using the Canva application, because the application is easy to understand, affordable, and can be accessed via Android mobile phones. PT Perkebunan Tambi, a prominent agro-industrial enterprise in Indonesia, must comprehend the determinants that affect employee willingness to accept Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a preliminary measure for AI deployment. This research intends to examine these elements utilizing the DOI, TAM, TOE, and UTAUT frameworks. A quantitative methodology was employed through a survey of administrative personnel at PT Perkebunan Tambi, utilizing PLS-SEM for data analysis to assess the interrelations among variables such as Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Social Influence, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Intention to Use, with Generation serving as a moderating variable. The findings indicate that Relative Advantage and Compatibility substantially affect Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. Social influence exerts both direct and indirect effects on the desire to utilize ICT, with perceived usefulness serving as a mediator. The Perceived Ease of Use enhances the impact of Perceived Usefulness on intention. The moderating influence of Generation is insignificant, perhaps attributable to the predominance of Millennial respondents. The hybrid model demonstrated superior predictive accuracy, achieving a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 6.32%, compared to 12.79% for ARIMA alone. These results underscore the potential of hybrid models for volatile commodity markets, offering practical implications for risk management and decision-making in the tea industry. Stakeholders can leverage this model to anticipate price fluctuations, optimize operations, and enhance financial planning. Future research could explore hybrid approaches in other commodities and incorporate additional predictive variables.

Keywords: tea price prediction, ARIMA, back propagation neural network, hybrid model, forecasting, commodity markets.
Deden Supena, Dian Purnomo Jati, Ekaningtyas Widiastuti Copyright (c) 2025 Proceeding of International Conference Sustainable Competitive Advantage http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4847 Mon, 17 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Effect of Technology Readiness, Digital Capability, and Government Support on BUMDes Performance With Digital Capability as Mediating Variable http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4848
This study aims to analyze the effect of technological readiness, digital capability, and government support on BUMDes performance with e-commerce adoption as a mediating variable. There is a broader emphasis on risk management, corporate governance, and sustainable methods that strike a balance between short-term financial performance and long-term stability safeguarding tactics. With the facilitation of small and medium scale issuers on the acceleration board, it is necessary to prove whether these small and medium scale issuersve also considered financial sustainability in decision making. The first five issuers listed on the acceleration board have their financial performance calculated using the fundamental indicators regulated in SEOJK No. 16/SEOJK.04/2021 to find out aspects of profitability, liquidity and solvency. PT Tambi Plantation faces challenges in adopting technology, where the use of machinery is still limited due to the limited skills of workers. This study aims to analyze the impact of training programs on workers' productivity using technology adoption model as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach with a survey design, the study involved 32 respondent tea picking workers who were selected using a saturated sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using partial least square (PLS). Results showed that the training programme had a significant positive effect on workers' productivity and technology adoption pattern. The technology adoption model also has a significant positive effect on worker productivity and acts as a mediator in the relationship between training programs and worker productivity. We recommend that PT Tambi Plantation develop a comprehensive training program to improve workers' technical skills and technological adaptability. Using panel data regression analysis on 235 BPRs and 24 BPRS, the research investigates the influence of NPL/NPF, CAR, BOPO, LDR/FDR, Third Party Funds (DPK), credit restructuring policy, and COVID-19 on Return on Assets (ROA), with inflation and BI-Rate as moderating variables. The findings reveal that NPL/NPF, CAR, BOPO, DPK, BIRate, and COVID-19 have significant negative effects on ROA, while LDR/FDR and inflation show significant positive effects. The credit restructuring policy implemented during the pandemic shows no significant impact on profitability. Regarding moderating effects, both inflation and BI-Rate significantly moderate the relationship between DPK and ROA. However, while inflation significantly moderates the relationship between LDR/FDR and ROA, BI-Rate does not show a significant moderating effect on this relationship. The study indicates that the pandemic has significantly impacted rural banks' profitability, as evidenced by increasing NPL/NPF ratios, declining operational efficiency, and challenges in maintaining optimal liquidity levels. These findings provide valuable insights for bank management and regulators in developing strategies to enhance rural banks' resilience during crises and improve their operational efficiency in the post-pandemic era.

Keywords: Bank Profitability; Rural Banks (BPR); Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS); Non- Performing Loan (NPL); COVID-19 Pandemic; Credit Restructuring; Third Party Funds (DPK); Operational Efficiency (BOPO); Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR); Macroeconomic Moderation
Bagus Destriawan Putra, Dian Purnomo Jati, Ary Yunanto, Febtri Wijayanti Copyright (c) 2025 Proceeding of International Conference Sustainable Competitive Advantage http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4855 Tue, 18 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Influence of Perceived Price, Perceived Quality, Brand Awareness, and Product Availability on Purchase Intention with Brand Image as a Mediating Variable (A study on Kopi Lumpang in Kemawi Village, Somagede Sub- District) http://jp.feb.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/sca-1/article/view/4856
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of Perceived Price, Perceived Quality, Brand Awareness, and Product Availability on Purchase Intention with Brand Image as a Mediating Variable. The better the investment performance of the pension fund management company indicates that the company is able to manage participant funds properly. PT Asuransi Jiwa Taspen as one of the pension fund management companies in Indonesia needs to analyze investment performance to see how well the investment performance of PT Asuransi Jiwa Taspen is. The method used to analyze investment performance uses the sharpe ratio measurement method, where the results of investment performance at PT Asuransi Jiwa Taspen will be compared with the investment performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. This comparison is carried out to see the extent of the investment performance of PT Asuransi Jiwa Taspen compared to other pension and insurance fund management companies. The analysis results show that PT Asuransi Jiwa Taspen's investment performance is superior to the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, where the sharpe ratio value at PT Asuransi Jiwa Taspen is 2,42, while BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is only 2,07. This is due to the difference between the strategy and portfolio composition of PT Asuransi Jiwa Taspen and BPJS Ketenagakerjan. Although PT Asuransi Jiwa Taspen investment performance is superior, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan investment performance can still be said to be good because the sharpe ratio value is more than one.
