ETOS KERJA DAN FUNGSI KEPEMILIKAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF SYARIAH
Abstract
In his life, everybody needs prosperity. It can be optimally obtained by the hard
effort and maximum competence. The effort to fulfill the living allowance is conducted
through working.
Working is an obligation for people, especially for the moslems, because it is the
order of religion. For the moslems, working activity is not only aimed to get wealth, but
also to get a religious reward from Alloh SWT, as it is based on religious service.
Therefore, in working, a moslem should understand and obey the rules and principles
determined by Islam, and the wealth obtained during working activity should be used on
the right track, the track that is favored by Alloh SWT.
