ANALISIS PENGARUH HUMAN RELATION DUKUNGAN ORGANISASIONAL DAN WORKPLACE SPIRITUALITY TERHADAP ETOS KERJA DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract


This research aims to examine the effectiveness of Human Relation, Organisational
Support, and Workplace Spirituality to the improvement of Work Ethic and Performance.
This study was held at one of Hospitals in Tegal, Mitra Siaga Hospital. The method used
is survey by distribute the questionnaires. The population in this research was all nurses
in Mitra Siaga Hospital Tegal. This research used census method that means population
became sample, so 76 persons are selected as the respondent. The analysis technique was
partial least square analysis (PLS). The hypothesis test was significance level of P value
<0.05. the result shows that work ethic has positive and significant effect to performance.
Then, human relation organisational support and workplace spirituality has positive and
significant effect to work ethic.
