PENGARUH MOTIVASI OTONOM DAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU (STUDI PADA GURU SMK NEGERI 1 PURWOKERTO)
Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi otonom dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto. Jumlah responden dalam penelitan ini adalah 107 responden, dan penentuan jumlah sampel yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sedangkan alat analisis dalam penelitan ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukan bahwa : (1) motivasi otonom memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (2) kompetensi profesional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
