Effect Of Job Satisfaction, Job Embeddedness, And Organizational Culture On Organizational Commitment

Abstract


Human Resources (HR) are an important asset in an organization. The success sustainability of an organization depend greatly on the quality, ability, and commitment of employees. Commitment is one of the key factors that can determine the success and performance of an organization. Within the Directorate General of Treasury Central Java Regional Office, employee commitment is very important to ensure effective and efficient management of state finances. This research aims to determine the commitment of employees of the Directorate General of Treasury Central Java Regional Office. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Directorate General of Treasury Centeral Java Regional Office. The data management tool in the research uses SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the research showed that job satisfaction has an influence on the organizational commitment of employees of the Directorate General of Treasury Central Java Regional Office, job embeddedness has an influence on the organizational commitment of employees of the Directorate General of Treasury Central Java Regional Office, and organizational culture does not influence the organizational commitment of the Directorate General of Java Regional Office Treasury.
