ANALISIS KINERJA BUMDes “MITRA USAHA MAKMUR” DALAM PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DESA (PADes) DESA SUSUKAN KECAMATAN SUMBANG KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Abstract

The research carried out in Susukan Village, Sumbang Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency, aims to analyze the performance of BUMDes "Mitra Usaha Makmur" in terms of its effect on the receipt of Village Original Income (PADes). This research belongs to the type of qualitative descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews, observation, study of literature and documentation. Analysis of the results of data collection is done by interactive model analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data quality testing, to drawing conclusions. The results of research on the performance of BUMDes "Mitra Usaha Prosperous" Susukan Village in terms of its influence on the receipt of Village Original Income (PADes) Susukan Village has been able to make its contribution in contributing to the receipt of Village Original Income (PADes) of Susukan Village since 2018 which amounted to 18 million with the total turnover of BUMDes "Mitra Usaha Makmur" in 2017 was 93 million. In 2019, BUMDes "Mitra Usaha Makmur" is targeted to contribute to the village of Susukan Village's Original Income (PADes) of 66 million.
