ANALISIS TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, PENGALAMAN KERJA, PEMBAGIAN KERJA, DAN PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM FATIMAH DI CILACAP

Abstract

The aims of this study were to analyze: (1) The education level, work experience, division of work, and job performance, and (2) The effect education level, work experience, and division of work to job performance employees of Rumah Sakit Islam Fatimah Cilacap. This research was conducted from July until August 2018. This research was conducted with a survey method and data were collected based on questionnaires. The population of this study was all employees of Rumah Sakit Islam Fatimah Cilacap was 463 people. The number of respondents was 82 determined by proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data were analysed using quantitative descriptive analysis, multiple liniear regressions and t-test. The result showed that: firstly, education level, work experience, division of work, and job performance in high category with respondent perceptions were 4.12, 4.27, 4.26, and 4.32. Secondly, education level, work experience, and division of work had significant effect on job performance with the values of tcount which bigger than t table that are 2.880; 3.406; 4.238 > 1.990, respectively.
