THE MANAGEMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS IN THE ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The literature and practice on the management of intangible assets in the organization in
connecting with various terms such as concepts of intellectual capital and organizational
learning. However, in various studies, these two concepts have many dibahasa simultaneously
both in terms of level of analysis and thinking activities and individual behavior in
organizations. With the understanding of knowledge management activities in terms of the
concept of organizational learning and intellectual capital, organizations can create an optimal
medium for the development of intangible assets that will support efforts to achieve
competitive advantage. This paper aims to describe the characteristics of the concept of
organizational learning and intellectual capital and argued various aspects that need to be the
focus of the organization in managing the process of acquiring and sharing knowledge of its
