INISIATIF DIRI SEBAGAI KOTAK HITAM PENGHUBUNG PERILAKU BERWIRAUSAHA MAHASISWA

Abstract

University has important role in resulting entrepreneur. Student is one of the entrepreneur resources. The key factor of entrepreneur intention was the self-initiative on every student. The self-initiative was the black box that determine as missing link on developing entrepreneur behaviour. Student has high entrepreneur intention, but sometimes it is disappeared when they face the reality life. Student prefers working as employee than implementing their entrepreneur intention. Student should be more proactive in order improving their entrepreneur intention. Realizing that student has self-initiative would improve student identity, and this is also the missing link why student did not has their entrepreneur intention change into entrepreneur behaviour.
