PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN YANG BERDAMPAK PADA KETERSEDIAAN SISTEM AKUNTANSI FORMAL USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MEMENGAH (UMKM) DI KABUPATEN BREBES

Abstract

Generally the existence of accounting division is important in SME’s, this division gives finance services such as cost information and indicator company’s performance, that can be used as reference in deciding policies of accountant manager. It is very important to support the successful of business, which will give finance information that is used by the manager in making decision. There are many strategies to increase finance management such as enhancement of SME’s internal factor.
This aim of this research to know and analyze about SME’s that, is there any corelation between the financial management skills and internal factors such as the owner’s formal education and experience of business management. The result showed that formal education and experience of business management has significant effect to the accounting management skill of SME’s in Brebes district. This research implication, that financial management skill was gotten through the owner’s formal education and financial training which increase the experience of business management.
