THE ROLE OF WORK IN IMPROVING PERFORMANCE WITH THE ENVIRONMENT AND ATTITUDES WORK COLLEAGUES AS ANTESEDEN
Abstract
The aims of this research was todetermine the significance of the influence of the work environment and coworkerattitude towards the job satisfaction of employee, to determine thesignificance of the work environment, co-worker attitude, and job satisfaction towards the job performance. The research type is a associative research, and the samplingmethod is a convenience sampling method. The multiple linear regression analysiswas employed to analyze the data.After analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and multivariateregression analysis, the results showed that: The variable of work environmentand co-worker attitude either partially or jointly have significance effect to the jobsatisfaction, the variable of work environment, co-worker attitude, and jobsatisfaction either partially or jointly have significance effect to the jobperformance, and the variable of work environment and co-worker attitude eitherpartially have significance effect to the job performance of employee through jobsatisfaction of employee as mediating variable.To maximize the job performance employee then implication this research are the enterprise in order to alwaysguarantee of the security and pleasure of employee, and the enterprise carry oninteraction employee accompany always keep carefully.
