PEMODELAN TATA KELOLA SEKOLAH YANG BAIK PASCA RINTISAN SEKOLAH BERTARAF INTERNASIONAL (RSBI) DI KOTA TASIKMALAYA
Abstract
Decline Indonesia's position in the ranking of world education index indicates the poor quality of education in Indonesia. The quality of human resources is generated increasingly lagging behind. In the national education system needs to be developed to maintain the quality of national education and trusted in the community is that the application of a good school governance The purpose of this research is a model of school management post RSBI good and quality in Tasikmalaya. Specific target of this study is the first: to identify important factors of school governance RSBI good post. Second, how to influence school management model RSBI good post on satisfaction and loyalty communities. The population in this study were all students, parents and school administrators post RSBI contained in Tasikmalaya. Samples were conducted with a purposive sampling that samples taken based on certain criteria and relevant to the purpose of research. The method used is qualitative approach is needed to find the key factors in the governance of post RSBI schools through in-depth interviews with respondents, while the quantitative approach is needed to determine the effect of post RSBI school management model that both the satisfaction and loyalty of the people in the town of Tasikmalaya. The research proves that school governance including transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
