ANALISIS USAHA BISNIS DISTRIBUSI GAS LPG 3 KG (Studi Kasus Kota Palembang)

Abstract

The impact of the conversion of kerosene to gas lpg 3 kg impact both positive and negative impacts for society. One positive impact of this conversion is a business opportunity in the distribution of gas lpg 3 kg. Even with the more length distribution channels causing prices at the consumer level but the higher household gas lpg 3 kg become easier to be.
This study is a qualitative research. For information / data used observation and interviews with key informants household consumers, stalls, pengampas and bases. Based on the results of the study show that 1). Lpg gas in the distribution channel 3 kg in Palembang, there are at least seven types of distribution channels where the type to 3 up to 7 involving retailers types unofficial namely pengampas and stalls so that the prices to be relatively high compared with the HET. But with the retailer does not have the public official's easier to get gas lpg 3 kg. 2). The results showed that the benefits of the gas distribution business lpg 3 kg is relatively good because the capital can be returned between 6 to 20 months depending on the position where the business is operating within the distribution channel.
