STRATEGI KONTINUITAS BISNIS MELALUI ANALISIS SWOT DAN ANALISIS RESIKO PADA BISNIS ONLINE MOW KIDDY

Abstract

This study aims to make amodel of business continuity strategy, is analyze online business industry and business of MOW Kiddy, both internal and external analysis. Then do a qualitative approach by comparing external opportunities and threats, with internal strengths and weaknesses of MOW Kiddy. Along quantitative approach with analyze the risks that eventuality occur on MOW Kiddy’s business. Doing external dan internal observation through qualitative and quantitative approach to determine factors strategy that relevant with business today.
The result of SWOT analysis shows that MOW Kiddy have greater strengths and opportunities than weaknesses ad threats, so that this business is favorable. Meanwhile, risk analysis describes undesireable occurrences, either already occurred or will occur in the future. Basically, all of the risks that be founded in MOW Kiddy can not be avoided, but can be minimized as much as possible.Using these SWOT and risk analysis can bring about some alternative continuity strategies that utilize factors strategy of MOW Kiddy. Selected strategy that will be implemented by MOW Kiddy are market penetration, product development, and additional distribution channel.
