ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN KELANCARAN PRODUKSI PADA PT. PUTRACIPTA JAYASENTOSA

Abstract

PT. Putra Cipta Jaya Sentosa (PCJS) committed advancing the world of construction formwork to maintain the product quality. This company engaged in the construction field that is rapidly growing, and now are expanding production capacity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the raw materials inventory control and to categorize its product using ABC Analysis, EOQ, and maximum inventory. Data were collected by company survey. Data analyze using QM for Windows software with the ABC method Analysis.The results showed that the product has a category "A" was 47,05% request, category "B" was 33%, and the category "C" was 19,96%. By using the method, known EOQ ordering economical and reorder point and maximum inventory for each product.
