ANALISIS TIGA FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable Profitability , Liquidity , and Leverage on Dividend Policy on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange period in 2012 . The population in this study some 48 manufacturing companies located in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 period . Data were obtained from published financial statements of the company . The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t - statistics and F - statistics with a confidence level of 5 % . The results showed that significantly influence the Leverage of Dividend Policy . Another variable in this study , namely Profitability and Liquidity no significant effect on Dividend Policy . We suggest to investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in order to pay attention to other factors that affect dividend policy in making their investment decisions . Leverage variable in this study is the most influential variable on the indicated dividend policy of the t-test value is greater than the t - table and have a significance of 0.030 .
