PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN BISNIS EKSTERNAL, FORMULASI STRATEGI, DAN PENGENDALIAN INTERN TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN (Survei pada PT BPR/BKK Milik Pemerintah dan Swasta di Wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas dan Purbalingga)
Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine the effect of external business environment,
strategic formulation, and internal control to the firm performance. The population of this
research are public and private PT BPR/BKK in Banyumas and Purbalingga with sampling
techniques using simple random sampling. Total population were 48 Small and Medium
Banking Firms and with using simple random sampling were collected 31 samples. The type of
data in this research is primary data that could be gathered by quesionair dissemination to the
all respondents, that are head of BPR/BKK. All of the data were analyzed using multiple
lienear regression analysis with SPSS PROGRAM.
Exogenous variables were the external business environment, strategic formulation, and
internal control. Meanwhile endogenous variables was the firm performance. This research
showed that the more certain external business environment, strategic formulation, and effective
internal control implementation have positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially
to the firm financial performance. It means that when BPR/BKK have more certain external
business environment, good strategic formulation, and effective internal control implementation
would increase the firm performance.
