PELAKSANAAN KKG DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU TAMAN KANAK-KANAK (STUDI KUALITATIF KKG TK GUGUS RA KARTINI PURWOKERTO UTARA)

Abstract


This study aims to determine how the implementation of KKG in improving the
professional competence of teachers of kindergarten in Cluster RA Kartini North
Purwokerto. This study used a qualitative method with phenomenological naturalistic
approach. Based on the survey results revealed that (1) Program execution KKG in the
cluster RA Kartini is considered to have been effective in improving the professional
competence of kindergarten teachers, (2) the implementation of KKG in Cluster RA
Kartini is not supported infrastructure is adequate (3) Guidance by builder KKG yet
carried out routinely (4) factors that hamper the implementation of KKG in RA Kartini
Cluster include KKG schedule that is not necessarily due to follow the conditions of
each member, KKG implementation also depends on the amount of contributions
entered in the KKG activities, and lack of funds. While supporting factors, among
others in terms of firmness chairman in conducting KKG KKG, the spirit of the
members in following the coach's role KKG KKG and also to provide more motivation
for the members.
