PENGARUH JOB DEMANDS DAN JOB RESOURCES TERHADAP JOB SATISFACTION

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh job demandsdanjob resourcesterhadap job satisfaction. Subyek penelitian ini adalah PNS KPP Pratama Purwokerto dan Purbalingga. Data responden yang digunakan sebanyak 132 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Alat analisis penelitian ini adalah model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan menggunakan alat bantu AMOS.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh negatif antara Job demandsterhadap job satisfactiondan terdapat pengaruh positif antara job resourcesterhadapjob satisfaction. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi pentingnya pengelolaan job demandslebih lanjut untuk pengembangan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak untuk mencapai job satisfaction.
