PENGEMBANGAN KELOMPOK SWADAYA MASYARAKAT (KSM) EKONOMI PNPM-MANDIRI PERKOTAAN PASCA PROGRAM STUDI KASUS DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Abstract


The end of National Program for Community Empowerment Empowerment (PNPM - MP)
in 2015 in Banyumas District until March 2016 still left 3,509 Community Self-Help Groups
(KSM) with a total revolving loan ofRp14,189,997,509.00. Nevertheless, ofthe 3,509 groups
that fall into the category ofcurrent lending, only 685 groups (19.5%). The existence ofKSM
PNPM-MP and some loan funds that are still rolled out in the community need to be
maintained because it is very sustainable in reducing poverty, although not yet reached the
fulfillment of decent living. Post-program of PNPM-MP effort to improve the welfare of
urban community is done through City Program without Slum (Kotaku) which implemented
since April 2016. KOTAKU Program (Town Without Slum) is a program of prevention and
improvement ofnational slum quality, to support the improvement ofquality oflife. Through
the SWOT analysis to develop and maintain the sustainability of KSM associated with the
Kotaku program, a growth and build strategy is needed, with intensive and integrative
strategies, together with maintaining and maintaining strategies. The activities needed to
synergize the two programs are: 1). Intensive program socialization; 2). Include social
institutions to participate in the program; 3). Invite the community to participate in the
program; 4). Growing public trust in program benefits; 5). Structuring of community
organizations and program organizations; And 6). Creating institutional binding nets to
cultivate togetherness and caring.
