Abstract

Implementation of capital assistance program scrolling center kulakan cooperative (senkuko) does not reach the target set, because the implementation of scrolling capital less effective and efficient. For that required a program review through the design of expert analysis of determining working capital scrolling senkuko. Based on the results of crosstab analysis of the internal and external environment indicator constructs with store grocery business growth, it is known that all internal and external environment indicator constructs have significance values below 0.005 which means that all such constructs have a close relationship with the growth construct of senkuko stub grocery stores. This shows that for the Fuzzy Logic approximation model based on the input requirement divided into 2 (two), the fuzzy input consisting of the selling price of the product, the number ofsubscribers, the amount ofinitial capital, the amount ofsales turnover and the operational cost ofthe grocery store, the purchase price Product / wholesale price and input non fuzzy are qualified cooperative criteria covering business entity, business performance, risk sharing, customer service and vendor payment method.
