EKSPLORASI DUKUNGAN PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN KETERHUBUNGAN DOSEN DOSEN PERGURUAN TINGGI

Abstract

This study aims to explore relatedness support among leturers in university. Relatedness is the feeling that owned by lecturers that they are a part of their community and able to make good relationship among lecturers. This study tries to get some result based on lecturers’experiences and feeling as long as their work in universities. The results show that many factors can support relatedness such as, family gathering program, community forum in university, faculty and study program, support from leader for building good relationship among lecturers, providing chance to express idea, view and building a culture that developing idea, though, view appreciation among leturers.
