STRATEGI PELATIHAN MARKETING 3.0 BERBASIS DARING PADA KELOMPOK USAHA BATIK PEREMPUAN EKS BURUH MIGRAN
Abstract
Ex migrant workers is an unique group who always find job overseas but sending their remmitances to their family backhome and wants retired to their hometown. This is are mostly female. They will stop to become migrant workers ifalready reach unproductive ages and start their own business in their village. Hence, it is important to be empowered by learning web based Marketing 3.0. Mix method research is applied in this research, using qualitive action research by working together in product development and online shop setting and quantitative method in the form of one shot experiment study while doing theoretical training. The location of this research is a Batik Makers Group in Banyumas. This group are trained to learn batik making using natural coloring ingredients and doing online marketing All this time this group already could make hand writing batik, but they do not fell that their organic ingredients from their village could give them competitive advantages. Their village already have a good internet access and near with post agency but never think to make online marketing. This group could not just giving one shot training for improving their skill like they used to have.
