Abstract

Business challenge faced by the organization, which is intellectual capital, made the organization prepared its human resource to face this challenge. The basic change on business environment had made a change of human resource function from administrative function to the function of business partner, administrative expert, employee champion and agent of change. Human resource assets can be a source of sustainable competitive advantage because the human assets have knowledge and social complexity which will be difficult to be imitate by the other competitor.
